Edible Plants of the Coffs Region
Learn about the incredible range of well-over 100 edible plants that are suited to our local climate and see them successfully growing in the Coffs Regional Community Garden. We’ll discuss their optimal growing conditions, utilizing certain species in micro-climates, unique plant characteristics, their geographical origins, how to propagate them and how to cook and utilize this entire range of edible plants. Covering fruits, nuts, herbs, grains and spices; annuals, biennials and perennials; natives and exotics!
