Spring Garden Competition
Eat & Greet Days
Where: Coffs Community Gardens
What: Chat with fellow members, over a long lunch in our beautiful gardens
When: Anytime between 11am and 2pm, normally on the 1st Thursday of every calendar month. Next – 4th February
Bring: Your own food, drink, and smile.
COVID PROTOCOL: Attendees will need to keep 1.5m distances apart, respect the 30 persons limit, and consume their own food & drink
Committee Meetings
When: 24th January
Time: 11:00am -12:00pm
Where: Coffs Community Gardens, Combine St
Whom: All members are welcome, but we must limit the number to 30
What: Our Committee manages the facilities, events, communications, publicity, finances, and legal requirements
Bring: Your Community Gardens ideas and questions.
COVID PROTOCOL: Attendees will need to keep 1.5m distances apart, not share food or drink, and respect the 30 persons limit.

Working Days
When: From 9am- 11am, normally on the 3rd Sunday of every calendar month. Next 24th January
Where: Coffs Community Gardens
What: Work on weeding, mowing, and special projects
Bring: A hat, sunglasses, work boots, long sleeves, and any medicine or other protective equipment you will need
COVID PROTOCOL: Attendees will need to keep 1.5m distances apart, respect the 30 persons limit, and consume their own food & drink

Child’s Creative Space Workshop
When: 09:30-11:30, Thursday, 14th January, 2021
Where: Coffs Community Gardens, Combine St, Coffs Harbour
What: Coffs Community Gardens hosts a (guardian-accompanied) children’s workshop on making a creative space in our gardens for childs (& their parents).
Info & Booking: just show up.
General safety: Please wear long pants, enclosed shoes, and sunglasses for protection during the tour of the fruit trees.

Plant Stall Fundraiser at the Gardens
When: 7th November, 2020
Time: 10am – 2pm
Where: Coffs Community Gardens, Combine St, Coffs Harbour
How to find us: Combine Street Reserve, behind 51 Combine St, Coffs Harbour
What to Bring: Donations (of 2$, 5$, 10$, etc.) to swap for our fundraising seedlings & mature plants. Appropriate clothing and footwear.

Spring Garden Competition
When: Tuesday 15th September, 2020
Time: The time of the judges visit is currently unknown
Where: Coffs Community Gardens, Combine St
Whom: All members are welcome, but we must limit the number to (20, less however many judges there are)
What: The Coffs Garden Club is judging our gardens in the Community Garden section, and some of our plots have entered individually

Weather: The event is not under cover, bring appropriate clothing
