Annual General Meeting 

When: Sunday 1st October 2023, at 11.00am
Where: Coffs Community Gardens, Combine Street

At this meeting all positions will become vacant and a new committee will be elected and we are inviting all members to consider nominating for a position on the Executive Committee, and maintaining all the great work our volunteers have done within the garden over the past year! The Committee consists of 7 members and is just required to meet up at least 3 times a year.
The committee positions are: President; Vice President, Secretary; Treasurer; and (at least 3) ordinary committee members.

Nominations need to be signed by 2 members and by the member being nominated, and the nomination form returned at least 7 days prior to the AGM (by 27th August)

Garden Open Days

Weather permitting, the Gardens are usually open every Monday, Thursday and Saturday, 9.30am to 1.00pm

You are welcome to have a look around, chat to our volunteer members, and maybe purchase a plant or two or have a cuppa!

Working Days

When:          From 9.30am – 1.00pm, every Saturday (weather dependent!)

Where:        Coffs Community Gardens, Combine St

Whom:        All volunteers

What:          Work on weeding, moving and special projects

Bring:          Workboots, hat, long sleeves, sunglasses, and any other protective equipment you may need

Whom:        Committee, and all CRCG members are most welcome

What:          Our Committee manages the facilities, events, communications, publicity, finances, and legal requirements for the Gardens
